Spare Parts Support
Major and minor spare parts are strategically stocked in the various continents to support customers with efficient servicing lead time. Customers in different continents do not have to worry about long shipping lead times for spares. Extensive parts replacement warranty period are covered for each delivered system. This includes major parts including armatures and field coils. ETS Solutions provides this assurance to all global customers.

Documents Support
ETS offer a broad variety of documentation including: Sales Tools, Tech Notes, System features, Maintenance and Service Manuals etc. All documentation is available to be downloaded.
Training Support
We provide specialized training for our custmer and representatives to become service experts. Training is available all around the world on customer site and annual course taken in our company.
